Prediction King — Terms & Conditions

Effective 24 July 2026 · These Terms govern the Prediction King competition ("the Competition"). By entering, you accept them in full.

1. The Promoter

The Competition is organised and operated by Pundit Kings ("the Promoter"). All enquiries: [email protected].

2. Open to enter and play

Entry to Prediction King is free. No payment is required to register, submit predictions, or compete for the crown — any participant can play the entire season at no cost and be ranked on the leaderboard. The Competition is a game of skill. VIP membership is an optional upgrade a participant may choose: VIP members earn double points each gameweek. VIP is never required to enter, to play, or to be eligible to win — it is an optional enhancement only.

3. Eligibility

The Competition is open to natural persons aged 18 years or over at the time of entry, holding a registered Pundit Kings account, where participation is lawful in their jurisdiction. The Competition is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, contractors and agents of the Promoter, and members of their immediate families, are not eligible to win. The Promoter may require proof of age, identity and eligibility at any time.

4. Competition period

The Competition runs across the 2026/27 Premier League season, from Gameweek 1 (first fixture kicks off 21 August 2026) to the conclusion of Gameweek 38, per the official Premier League fixture schedule. Registrations are accepted throughout the season; late entrants simply forgo points from gameweeks already settled.

5. How to enter

To enter, register a Pundit Kings account and submit scoreline predictions for Premier League fixtures. Each prediction locks at that fixture's scheduled kickoff and cannot be changed after. One account per person. Entries made by proxy, script, bot, automated means, or through multiple or shared accounts are void.

6. Scoring and winner determination (skill)

Points are awarded per fixture: 3 points for the exact final scoreline; 1 point for the correct result (home win, draw, or away win); 0 points otherwise. VIP members earn double points on every gameweek — an optional enhancement any participant may choose (see clause 2). All predictions settle on the 90-minute result (including stoppage time) as officially recorded; extra time and penalty shoot-outs do not count. Every gameweek is scored on its own. The three highest scorers in a gameweek take gold, silver and bronze for that week; players level on points and on exact scorelines share the place. The season is decided by medals, not by total points. After Gameweek 38 the player with the most golds wins first prize, and second and third prizes go to the next two players on the same medal standing. Tie-break: (a) most silvers; (b) most bronzes; (c) highest season points total; (d) most exact scorelines; (e) if still tied, the relevant prize(s) are shared equally among tied participants.

7. Postponed or abandoned fixtures

Fixtures postponed or rescheduled settle when played, against the official recorded result. If a fixture is abandoned and not replayed, it settles on the officially recorded result, or is excluded from scoring if no official result is recorded.

8. Prizes

Total prize pool $17,000 USD: 1st place $10,000; 2nd place $5,000; 3rd place $2,000. Prizes are funded and awarded by the Promoter, are personal to the winner and non-transferable, and are paid in USD (or equivalent) by a payment method agreed with each winner. Winners are responsible for any taxes, duties or fees applicable to a prize in their jurisdiction.

9. Winner notification and claims

Provisional winners are contacted at their registered email address within 14 days of the final gameweek's settlement and must respond and complete identity and eligibility verification within 30 days of first contact. A prize unclaimed after that period, or a winner who fails verification, forfeits the prize, which passes to the next eligible participant on the leaderboard.

10. Fair play and disqualification

The Promoter may disqualify, without notice, any participant who: operates multiple or shared accounts; uses automation, scripts or data-entry services; provides false registration details; manipulates or attempts to manipulate the scoring, the website, or the Competition in any way; or otherwise breaches these Terms. The Promoter's decisions on scoring, standings and disqualification are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into except as required by law.

11. Changes and interruption

The Promoter may amend these Terms, or suspend or modify the Competition, where reasonably necessary to protect its integrity or to reflect changes outside the Promoter's control (including changes to the official Premier League schedule). Material changes will be published on this page; continued participation constitutes acceptance.

12. Publicity and data

Participants appear on the public leaderboard under their chosen leaderboard name only. The Promoter may reference winning leaderboard names and point totals in its channels. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

13. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for: lost, late or misdirected entries; technical failures, outages or errors affecting entry or scoring (save that manifest scoring errors will be corrected); or any loss or damage arising from participation, beyond the award of the stated prizes. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Third parties

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (including Facebook and Instagram), the Premier League, or any football club. By entering, participants release these entities from any and all liability in connection with the Competition.
